I like this alternate version a lot. I didn't care much for Sam so I could go with the way you wrote her here, though I do feel sympathy for her. She never really stood a chance. You made all the characters very believable from House through Chase. Wilson and Cuddy were "my" version of them. Often people in my own particular ship write Cuddy, and even Wilson, differently then I see them. But you seemed to capture their canon characteristics well and transport that into fanfiction.
