Wilson, pen poised above a file, looked up without any visible sign of surprise or irritation. Then, as if this was the most normal request in the world, he put down his pen and tugged at the knot around his collar.

This was an adorable ball of fluffy fic - from the great bantering, to the many names for the titular tie, to the mating dance of swapping ties at the restaurant and the unflappability of Fred and Miguel - love the whole thing. I'd quote more of my favourite lines but that would break LJ's comment box :)
