I remember the idea for Wilson's gift/curse coming from the prompt, but I have no idea where the other stuff for this chapter came from. It was there all of a sudden.
I'm not sure if it's the objective truth Nor am I, but then, some of his diagnoses are such uncanny guesses that one wonders.
I'm sad as always at the idea that this is the end for House as well There were a few excellent "House&Wilson in the afterworld" fics after S8 — I think one was by Yarroway. Read one of those to cheer you up :)
