It's good for your storytelling but painful for me as a reader, that Wilson can't articulate his rawest emotions. You're right about House's perception of the incident, but it is to be hoped that he could take a step away from that if Wilson screamed "YOU LEFT ME" at him. Or maybe he couldn't. Maybe he'd still try to be all rational and argue his side in the face of Wilson's pain. Given that that's what he did with "I need you to say that you love me."
I'm enjoying the story. It's a compliment to your storytelling that this Wilson-fan extraordinaire is very curious to get back to Cuddy and see how she is coping, and how she'll be able to get back to normal.
