Since I forgot to age him, he's too young for either, so Wilson is being a crappy dad and deserves to have the kid taken away from him. [Oops, getting my characters all mixed up here, aren't I? Let's just pretend that Cuddy slipped the rusks into the bag ...]
2. Don't even get me started on 'Zwieback'. That's so German that it's practically got the German flag engraved on it. 'Zwieback' means 'baked twice', and the stuff was a staple in every household when I was a kid, and not just as a toddler snack. Zwieback with milk was a common breakfast cereal. How was I supposed to know that subversive German linguistic imperialism managed to get the term imported to the US? (Not that any sane German would feed that to their toddler anymore — it's got more allergens in it than other ingredients, plus tons of sugar.)
That sounds a bit like that one fic where House never got his medical license back after Mayfield No, no, totally different story :) (That fic was crappy anyway. No one except for the author thought it was funny.) In that one House was schizophrenic, but otherwise up to his game, and he pretty much had Wilson and Cuddy fooled. This is one where House is actually a dumb little bastard, and Wilson makes use of him to rule the world (of PPTH). There's a Sherlock Holmes persiflage with Ben Kingsley as Watson and Michael Caine as Holmes, from which I ripped the idea.
