This is doubtless going to cause some trouble -- if it weren't, then Cuddy wouldn't need House to solve the problem. I tend to structure my longer fics along classical lines: a development leading to a climax, and a wind-down from there. Very old school, but I have problems with more rambling forms. (I used to 'recycle' classical plots when I started writing, just to make sure I had a structure at all.)

When Wilson finds out this was fake (because I'm guessing Pete is pulling a "Duncan" on him), he's going to be furious.
