This is going to blow up into huge flames. When Wilson finds out this was fake (because I'm guessing Pete is pulling a "Duncan" on him), he's going to be furious. Very House, to lie and manipulate someone into doing a medical procedure House wants them to do, but Wilson will be angry. Might even point out the parallel to what Stacy (and to a certain extent, Cuddy) did to House and his leg, that is, over-rode his express wishes about medical care.
