As for accusing people of leading others astray, I think it makes a lot of sense in some cases: a teacher, coach or priest taking advantage of their position to "seduce" a child or teen is a rapist, and the child/teen shouldn't feel guilty; ditto for those slipping drugs in other people's drinks and then taking advantage of their confused state. Certainly not the position of House towards Chase.
The side of Cuddy I don't like is her just saying "I'm going to have fun now, whatever the consequences". It's perfectly IC, but not usually what I associate with a successful professional. Then again, she has so much unhappiness to deal with. I hadn't thought she would feel guilty about Rachel's handicap, but if one is guilt prone it makes sense. Good that she's going to therapy and coping with it.
