I like House ensemble fanfic because they provide more insight into the characters gravitating around House. the show is basically told from House's point-of-view, so i sometimes find it hard to get a sense of the other characters when they're not sharing screen with House. Your story is well-written, and you have a good ear for the various characters' voices. Although i am fine with Cameron leaving PPTH i get why you chose to make her return. it makes sense if it had been Chase who wanted the divorce. As for Foreman and Thirteen, i am all for writing them out of the series since their main story lines have all but been concluded. Foreman has resolved his issue with his brother, and Thirteen's ending is slow painful death (do people really want to see this on screen?). Your decision to have Foreman take care of Thirteen and for him to be okay with it is a great way of making Foreman come to grips with his issues in relation to his mother's illness and death.

My preferred pairing is House/Cuddy, so i am of course fine with the canonization of the ship. but admittedly, season 6 frustrated me with the sheer inscrutability of Cuddy. I wanted to get a sense of how she went from planning a life with Lucas into deciding that she'd really rather risk it with House. We all know Lucas is an ass from his season 5 foray into House's world (not as big an ass as House, but still...). Some quarters have even suggested that this (Housian?) quality is what Cuddy finds attractive in Lucas. But we don't really know, do we? And we don't know if Cuddy knows how much of a jerk Lucas is. I like that your story paints a Cuddy who is able to figure out why House did what he did, and a House who is able to genuinely empathize with Cuddy.
