This is the sad thing - that House/Cuddy could have been interesting, at least for a little while, there are a lot of things there that could be explored (including the House/Wilson/Cuddy triangle) - but instead we get 'oh House lied to me to save a patient's life - I can never forgive him! ' and whatever that thing was about the toothbrush (bet you're going to have fun with that episode!)
